About the role

We have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to be part of our Project Management Office, Technology & Communication Services Command team. The Project Coordinator performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives.

The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of a major IT Program across NSWPF. This dynamic opportunity involves contributing to three projects that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen data-informed decision-making.

With a strong emphasis on project governance, quality assurance and financial reporting and analysis, the role is critical to ensuring successful execution across the program.

We are seeking three (3) coordinators, each bringing a distinct focus:

* Financial Stream : Specialising in financial forecasting and variance analysis across multiple years, and reporting to ensure robust financial management across projects.

* Governance Stream : Specialising in governance frameworks, quality assurance, and risk management to maintain program integrity and alignment.

Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs is highly desirable but not essential.
