WorkPac is recruiting a Senior Change Advisor to lead and deliver end-to-end change initiatives in a dynamic environment. The role is based in Perth, Western Australia.

About The Role
As a Change Advisor, you will lead and support the planning, execution, and embedding of change management initiatives to drive cultural and operational transformation. Partnering with various teams, you will play a pivotal role in guiding successful organisation change through strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change planning to assess complexity and design appropriate strategies
* Define change management and communications approach using user insights
* Capture user sentiment to assess readiness and develop transition plans
* Deliver change interventions to ensure effectiveness and sustainability
* Guide program teams through structured change processes
* Facilitate lessons learned sessions and conduct pulse checks on key projects
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
Skills And Experience Required
* 5+ years experience managing cultural and organisational change
* Strong understanding of change methodologies (Lean, Agile, PROSCI etc.)
* Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Effective leadership, time management, and analytical skills
* Strong communication and influencing capabilities
* Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A mindset driven by curiosity, empathy, and proactive problem-solving
