We are on the lookout for a Retail Professional to join our Canberra Factory Outlet in Fyshwick on a PART-TIME basis.
Please note, this role requires availability to work fixed weekly hours on both weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
Maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
Represent the adidas brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful way
Requirements
To be successful, you should have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
You should be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required.
