As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams responsible for resources, content and digital infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on shaping and implementing comprehensive library plans, policies and budget strategies to align with organisational goals.
* Strategic leadership skills with experience building and sustaining collaborative partnerships internally and externally.
* Demonstrated ability to lead an effective service organisation including staff leadership, continuous improvement resource management project delivery.
* High level written interpersonal communication skills knowledge of contemporary issues in academic libraries Australian Universities strong analytical problem-solving skills.
About You
* Degree in Library Science Information Records Management Digital/eLearning or equivalent relevant qualifications preferable Postgraduate degree preferred but not essential Experience working within the Higher Education sector advantageous
