About the role 
This newly created role is a great opportunity to shape the future of our retail operations, with direct involvement in strategic planning and expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for leading and developing store managers across multiple sites, ensuring consistent standards and strong team engagement across the state. 
You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the Operational Manager. Regular travel across Tasmania is required, with a company vehicle provided to support your role.

Key Responsibilities 
- Oversee the operations and performance of 14 retail outlets across Tasmania, ensuring consistency and growth. 
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers, focusing on building capability, engagement, and long-term team success. 
- Develop and implement retail strategies that respond to market demand and support business goals. 
- Coordinate product promotions and work closely with suppliers on retail campaigns. 
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company procedures 
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure retail operations align with the broader business strategy 
What We Are Looking For 
- Extensive experience in multi-site retail management, ideally at a senior level 
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on people development and performance management 
- Strong understanding of retail strategy, commercial operations and customer experience. 
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills. 
- A motivated and organised person who is comfortable travelling across Tasmania.
