We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team in a commercial hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the highest standards of quality, kitchen maintenance, and inventory functions to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
* Lead the kitchen team and ensure coordination with other departments.
* Develop new menu items while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
* Manage stock control, cost efficiency, and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* Similar experience in a commercial kitchen ideally in a Hotel environment.
* Must hold a current Safe Food Handling Certification.
* Great communication skills and ability to work well with others.
* Right to legally work full time in Australia.
* The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
