Prime Roofing & Gutters is looking for a high-performance Production Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of roofing projects across Perth.
This role is for someone who gets things done, pushes production forward, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are completed on time, to a high standard, and with exceptional customer communication.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. The right person will lead from the front and step onto jobs when needed to set the pace and maintain standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Job Delivery
Ensure all roofing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
Push jobs through production in a timely and organised manner
Monitor job progress and remove any obstacles slowing crews down
Ensure materials, labour, and equipment are ready for upcoming jobs
Build and maintain an exceptional team of roofers and subcontractors
Set clear expectations around work ethic, pace, and quality
Step onto job sites when needed to demonstrate work pace and standards
Maintain a strong team culture built on accountability and strong morals
Scheduling & Logistics
Organise and manage daily and weekly schedules for crews and subcontractors
Coordinate upcoming jobs, materials, and labour requirements
Ensure jobs start and finish according to planned timelines
Problem Solving
Handle large amounts of randomity and changing circumstances
Solve problems quickly without slowing production
Maintain clear communication with customers and the internal team

Compensation
Base Salary (negotiable based on experience)
Percentage of all completed jobs
Company vehicle provided
Signing bonus paid after 6 months of employment
