Regional Health & Mobility is currently seeking a full-time CPAP Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic team in our Rockhampton store. As part of this role, you will be required to focus on providing support for new and existing CPAP clients and communicating with healthcare professionals. We are looking for individuals who love helping people and are seeking a challenging career in retail.Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Previous experience in sleep or respiratory medicine is an advantage; however, not required as full training will be provided.Technical proficiency, or the ability to quickly acquire proficiency, in CPAP equipment.Strong administrative skills - recording accurate information in a timely manner is an integral part of this role.Proficiency in Microsoft systems and ability to quickly acquire knowledge of clinic software is essential.Must show initiative and be able to self-manage your schedule each day - prioritising as required.Strong background in interpersonal skills.A strong commitment to high quality patient care.Excellent communication skills, and an empathetic and personable demeanor.High level of drive, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Able to multitask and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.About Regional Health & Mobility:At Regional Health & Mobility, we pride ourselves on being a family-friendly and community-based organisation dedicated to serving the needs of individuals in sickness and health.
