This is your chance to light the way as a Key Account Manager within our SA/VIC/TAS/NT Trade sales team in South Australia – driving trade growth and contractor‐led projects across the region.
You will be responsible to:
* Manage and grow Professional Trade accounts (Electrical Wholesalers and Contractors) across South Australia (with potential scope to support Northern Territory)
* Drive over‐the‐counter (OTC) sales performance, profitability and product mix optimisation
* Identify, influence and secure contractor‐driven project opportunities
* Understand customer strategy and work with Trade partners to grow sales, expand product range, and increase market share.
* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, trading terms and promotional agreements
* Lead account campaigns and promotional initiatives by aligning cross‐functional stakeholders (Sales Specialists, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing and Order Desk) to drive performance and deliver a strong customer experience
* Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting

* 5+ years' sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets in complex, competitive environments
* Strong understanding of electrical, lighting or related technical products, with experience ideally in both Trade and Project‐based sales
* Demonstrated ability to build meaningful client relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Commercially driven, disciplined and adaptable, with the ability to pursue opportunities proactively and respond to changing market demands
* Highly customer‐focused, with strong listening skills and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction
* Proficient in CRM systems, commercially astute, and willing to travel regionally as required
