You will use yourinterpersonal, strategic planning, commercial, and negotiationskills to drive outstanding outcomes for CSBP, its Sales Agents,and our shared customer base.Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, and part ofCSBP’s Sales Leadership Team, you will work closely withCSBP’s Account Managers and Customer Service team to developand execute the Agent strategy in each sales region.Your key responsibilities will include:Manage CSBP’s Sales Agent partnerships to enhanceCSBP’s reputation as WA’s leading supplier ofnutrients for crops and pastures, ensuring Sales Agents workeffectively alongside CSBP’s Account Manager team todeliver outstanding customer outcomesLead, manage & monitor the effectiveness ofCSBP’s Agent strategy, ensuring it achieves the desiredoutcomes for CSBP and its partnersDevelop strategies to ensure Sales Agents have theknowledge and skills required to satisfy end user demands andmaintain a reputation for expertise in matters relating tofertiliser, plant nutrition and soil fertilityRemain abreast of market trends and seek out opportunitiesto drive business growth and customer satisfactionContribute to business strategy development & executionas part of CSBP’s Sales Leadership TeamEnsure CSBP has a strong safety culture, risks of injuryare minimised, and agreed safety targets are met andmaintained;About you:Tertiary qualifications in agricultural science, business,or agricultural business management (highly desirable).Sales / Sales leadership within the Agricultural industry,ideally >5 years with proven knowledge of WA agriculturalsystems.Demonstrated change management skills and experience.Excellent interpersonal skillsSolid written and verbal communication skills.Commercial negotiation, planning and execution skills.We value our employees by offering:Competitive remuneration with allocation of Wesfarmersshares and participation in our annual incentive plan.Employer parental leave payment up to 18 weeks.Ongoing professional development and career opportunitiesacross our diverse businesses and the Wesfarmers Group.Salary sacrifice opportunities, including novated leasevehicle packaging.Access to employee benefits across Wesfarmers includingstaff discounts at Bunnings, Kleenheat, Kmart, Target andOfficeworks and Wesfarmers Arts sponsored events.Why WesCEFThis is an outstanding opportunity to build your career in linewith our clear vision for growth.
