What You'll Do
* Manage complex electrical, instrumentation and control projects including Scope, Schedule, Resourcing and Budget.
* Developing solutions to non-standard, complex problems, converting opportunities into value add outcomes for the Client.
* Undertake project definition, feasibility studies and options analysis.
* Engage and consult key stakeholders when defining work scopes, projects and plant changes.
* Develop technical specifications and work scopes.
What You'll Bring
* Electrical Engineering qualification recognised by Engineers Australia.
* Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent recognised certification (RPEV / RPEQ).
* Significant Experience working on high voltage systems in a heavy industrial environment.
* Significant Experience with electrical protection systems, protection relay programming and testing.
* Proficiency in PTW or Powerfactory electrical modelling software.
* Skills in Arc flash analysis and protection co-ordination.
* High level design, specification, tendering, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT electrical testing and life cycle management of Power Transformers, Switchgear and Protection Systems.
* Power system testing and commissioning – transformers, switchgear, control system interfacing and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong understanding and experience working with Australian regulations and Standards.
