Supporting one of our key construction clients in the region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement and commercial strategies across various projects. Department: EMEA Consultancy - Transport & Infrastructure Employment Type: Full Time Location: Maidestone Workplace Type: Hybrid What you'll do Prepare cost estimates and cost plans, including benchmarking Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options Identify potential risks and maintain the Risk Register Participate in meetings on pre-contract processes Assist in preparing procurement strategies and reports Attend client and design team meetings, recording relevant discussions and advising on cost implications Assist in lease negotiations and tenant improvement allowances Contribute to developing project templates Manage change order logs, invoice logs, and cost reports Research pricing and perform measurements for development appraisals Draft and review pre-qualification questionnaires and responses Perform additional duties as assigned About You Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum two years of cost estimating experience Proficient in CostX software and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of construction technologies and sustainability trends Effective communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented Field experience is a plus About Life At Soben We’re on a mission to rewrite the rules.
