National Sales Manager – Australia
Our client is an Australian designed innovator in assistive sleep and care technology, focused on enabling longer, safer, and more independent living. The business designs award winning adjustable beds and mattresses that combine clinical functionality with comfort and contemporary design, supporting customers across home, aged care, and disability settings. Working closely with clinicians, carers, and retail partners, they deliver market leading solutions that enhance wellbeing, safety, and quality of rest.
Due to continued growth, the business is appointing a National Sales Manager to lead its commercial strategy across Australia. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full accountability for national sales performance and long term growth across assisted living and disability retail channels.
You will develop and execute national sales strategies, grow and strengthen key retailer and distributor partnerships, and identify new opportunities while maximising value within existing accounts. You will lead a geographically dispersed sales team, setting clear expectations, driving performance, and building a strong culture of accountability and collaboration. A strong focus on execution, accuracy, and brand consistency will underpin all commercial activity, including contracts, reporting, and retailer online portals.
Working closely with marketing, product, and operations, you will provide market insight to inform product positioning, portfolio development, and broader commercial strategy.
You will bring proven national sales leadership experience within mobility equipment, assistive technology, health tech, aged care, disability services, or a related sector. You understand the NDIS and aged care funding environments and are comfortable operating across retail and B2B channels. Commercially astute and confident in negotiation, you have a track record of driving growth, managing complexity, and leading high performing, geographically dispersed teams. Above all, you are motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful and to contribute to products that genuinely improve independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Travel
Regular travel across Australia is required to support retail partners and state-based representatives. You will be expected to manage travel logistics and reporting with efficiency and accuracy.
