About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Sommelier to join our team at Infinity, Sydney Tower. This is a mid-senior level full-time role that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring smooth daily operations of the venue, including adequate staffing and employee training.
* Building and sharing knowledge in beverages and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining or a similar position.
2. High attention to detail, communication, and strong leadership skills.
3. Ability to multitask, work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently.
4. Excellent knowledge when it comes to wine and liquor.
5. Knowledge of WHS procedures and rules, food allergies etc.
6. Experience with cash handling, POS systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
7. Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster (day and evening shifts).
