Duties/Responsibilities:
* Foster strong, long-term relationships with landlords through consistent communication and reliable service
* Provide guidance and oversight to junior property managers, supporting their growth and ensuring high standards across the team
* Portfolio management with out of office assistance
* Attend QCAT & complete insurance claims when required
* Perform trust accounting duties including daily receipting and mid- and end-of-month
Skills/Experience
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in Property Management
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration - ESSENTIAL
* Switched-on, articulate and well presented
* Exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills
* Drivers license -take home company car
