Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
A exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing administration and sales support to our customers.
About the Job:
This role is responsible for performing branch administrative tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, expenses, banking, livestock and clearing sale processing, stock control, ordering, and receipting.
You will also assist customers with pricing and product queries, process counter sales, maintain safety processes, and provide general administrative support to the branch.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on livestock marketing and assist in developing internal sales processes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment
* Prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues
* Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to learn new systems quickly
