Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Recruitment Consultant Should Have
Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
A good understanding of a sales process & a willing to learn how he recruitment process works.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A commitment to delivering excellent service to clients and candidates alike.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is advantageous.
