Job Summary
Summary: Ensures suites are set up prior to guest arrival, with proper food presentation and quantities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure all suites are properly set before guests arrive.
* Collaborate with suite attendants and culinary staff for presentation and food quantities.
* Develop positive rapport with guests.
* Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of one year leadership experience.
* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
* Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.
