Based in Melbourne, Global Turf currently has multiple Golf Course, Sports Field, and Racecourse projects under construction, and we continue to expand operations nationally.
Due to our ongoing success and business growth, we are seeking experienced Construction Staff – including Posi Track Operators, Excavator Operators, and Labourers – to join our team working on upcoming projects in the Benalla area.
Key Responsibilities
These roles will work closely with the Management Team across multiple projects, with duties including:
- On-the-job training with support from a qualified and experienced team
- Learning to operate specialised and heavy equipment such as Excavators, Rollers, Skid Steers, Backhoes, and Tractors
- Performing daily maintenance and safety checks on machinery
- Conducting pre-operational checks, cleaning, lubricating, and refilling equipment as needed
- Routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operating Posi Track, Excavator, Front Dumper or Water Truck
- Construction induction card (White Card)
- Strong hands-on capability
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a reliable work ethic
