About The Role
We're looking for a Digital Transformation Business Analyst to join our growing Business Transformation team. As a Digital Transformation Business Analyst, you will analyse and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and operations to identify opportunities for improvement through digital solutions. Your insights will help us enhance efficiency, improve customer experiences, and deliver measurable business performance.
This is a full‑time 18‑month contract position, based on a 38‑hour work week. The role can be based in our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Administration Office.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business Analysis, project management or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and understand user needs.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and robotic process automation.
- Experience in business process modelling and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
