Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site role for a Nurse Unit Manager - Mental Health, located at Northpark Private Hospital in Bundoora, VIC. The Nurse Unit Manager will oversee the clinical and operational functions of the mental health unit, ensuring high‐quality patient care is provided. The role includes leading, supporting, and managing a team of healthcare professionals, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, improving efficiencies, mentoring staff, and creating a positive and safe environment for patients and team members.
