An opportunity is now available for an experienced HR Advisor to provide day to day operational support to a fast, dynamic, national company. This is a generalist HR role where you will be responsible for employee relations, managing workplace grievances and investigations, facilitating the implementation of HR procedures and practices through line managers, recruitment, and providing assistance and advice when required. 
The role includes but is not limited to: 
Performance management 
Managing recruitment and separation process 
Case management 
Industrial Relations 
Award interpretation 
Liaison with internal department managers 
To be successful in this role you will possess: 
Solid practical HR experience 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Robust problem solving skills and common sense 
Ability to work independently 
Resilience and a positive attitude
