Butcher

Eve Smallgoods is seeking a butcher. You must be able to work 30 plus hours per week and be able to competently complete the following tasks:

* Safe food handling and high level of hygiene
* Work both independently and as a member of the team.
* Follow recipes and have knowledge in mixing spices
* Know how to competently use the following machines; mincer, tumbler, pickle injector, filler, vacuum packing machine.
* You must have knowledge of all butchering techniques.
* You must be able to supervise and direct other team members.
* Job description includes all aspects of work including cleaning and packing product.
* Start time: 5:00am Monday - Friday, NO WEEKEND WORK
* Finish time: varies day-to-day
* Safe food handling and high level of hygiene
* Work both independently and as a member of the team.
* Potential for a salary position
