SITE SUPERVISOR – CRUSHING & SCREENING OPERATIONS Kalgoorlie, WA | 2/1 FIFO from Perth | 6-Month Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee crushing and screening operations on a mine site in Kalgoorlie. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong background in mobile crushing plants, quarry/mining production, and heavy machinery operations. This position will be responsible for managing a small crew of up to 5 personnel while ensuring production targets, maintenance schedules, and site safety standards are consistently achieved. What’s on Offer: - 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth - Residential accommodation provided approximately 15 minutes from site - $60 daily LAFHA paid - 6-month contract with immediate start available - Long-term project with established operations Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily crushing and screening operations on site - Coordinate and lead a crew of up to 5 operators and workers - Ensure crushers, screeners, excavators, and associated plant are maintained and operating efficiently - Carry out basic fault finding, preventative maintenance, and machine inspections - Monitor production targets and maintain safe work practices across site - Operate excavators, crushers, and screening equipment when required - Liaise with management regarding production, maintenance, and operational requirements Requirements: - Proven experience supervising crushing and screening operations within mining or quarry environments - Strong knowledge of crusher and screener maintenance and production processes - Hands-on operating experience with excavators, crushers, and screening plants - Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment - Strong commitment to safety, maintenance, and site compliance - Current driver’s licence and relevant machinery tickets/licences - Ability to pass site medical and drug & alcohol testing This role would suit an experienced operator/supervisor who is confident leading from the front and stepping onto the machines when required.
