**The Role**
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Montessori Academy campuses and contributing to the growth of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing communication strategies across various channels, including digital and print
- Create briefs for compelling content for newsletters, press releases, blogs, and print
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and communications activities
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts and leverage content for maximum impact
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses related to campaigns, events, advertising, and other marketing initiatives
- Complete marketing-related purchases and travel to centre locations as needed
- Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends to inform overarching marketing strategy
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including expos, conferences, webinars, and corporate functions.
**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1+ years proven experience in a similar role
- Fun and energetic with excellent communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- High level attention to detail
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Experience in survey design, data collection, and analysis
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design or Business
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is a plus
