Overview
Begin your career as a new graduate Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with National 360 in Melbourne. The 360 GO Graduate Program is a 12-month experience designed to transition you from university to a rewarding allied health career. It is available across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS and SA, and is recognised by the Allied Health Awards as the industry's leading graduate programme.
Program Details
Four key phases:
Simulated Practice – safe, controlled sessions to build therapeutic skills before first client contact.
Experiential Discovery – hands-on community service that links theory to practice.
Theoretical Learning – interactive workshops with subject-matter experts.
Individualised Development – a custom road-map built with you.
Structured 12-month schedule with two hours of supervision each week.
Daily clinical practice in community, clinic, or telehealth settings.
Supportive team environment with weekly supervision and team meetings.
Graduate curriculum completed via our online LMS.
What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality, community-based care to clients in home, clinic, and telehealth settings.
Prepare for appointments, write reports and complete case notes.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners, and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists.
Engage in continuous professional development via the graduate curriculum.
Collaborate with your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader for staff development.
About You
Holder of a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology and applicant to, or holder of, AHPRA or SPA registration.
Interest in community healthcare delivery.
Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
