About the Role
* Foster a positive school culture that promotes academic engagement, student wellbeing, and faith-based values.
* Provide pastoral care by encouraging, motivating, and affirming students.
* Promote student participation in co-curricular programs and activities.
* SUPPORT Student learning through effective communication with parents/carers and staff collaboration.
* Monitor attendance, punctuality, academic progress AND uniform compliance while ensuring a safe environment grounded on Gospel values
