About the Department of Human Services (DHS)

We aim to deliver modern programs, services, and policies that strengthen communities and support South Australians in participating actively in community life. About the Business

The Finance and Business Services Division manages the department's budget, financial compliance, infrastructure, assets, procurement, quality assurance, business improvement, and technology transformation. We provide strategic advice on DHS goals, systems, and processes.


Role Overview

The Senior Administration role is a vital service delivery position within the Infrastructure Business Unit. Reporting to the Team Leader, Business Support (Infrastructure), responsibilities include:

1. Providing cross-functional support within the infrastructure team to ensure internal governance.
2. Handling administrative functions such as invoice management, reconciliation, and cost analysis to promote effective operations.
3. Supporting the development of briefings, reports, procedures, and policies for consistency and quality.


Special Conditions

* National Police Check required.
* Role is a term position until 31/10/2025.
