Quality Assurance Specialist
This role requires a meticulous individual with strong analytical skills to ensure the quality of security clearance cases. You will work closely with the team to implement and improve our quality assurance processes, setting new standards in quality excellence.
The ideal candidate has experience in vetting and QA in high-security environments, with a Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting). A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 is also required, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as needed.
You will be responsible for conducting ongoing quality assurance for allocated cases, managing the QA case queue, and providing coaching and training to Vetting Analysts. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance with Agency and Iris Software standards, and you will play a key role in continuous development and improvement of our processes.
