The transformation you will experience.
The Group Director, Groupe Media Solutions will serve as a well-versed candidate focused on helping Groupe clients achieve their business goals via Groupe Media Solutions which include APEX Exchange, Epsilon Digital Media, PMX Lift and CitrusAd.
As a member of the broader Growth organization, the Group Director, Groupe Media Solutions will also collaborate closely with other product subject matter experts to up-sell and cross-sell opportunities into other Groupe solutions that may be complementary to or incremental to media sales. The Groupe Media Solutions structure is devoted to Publicis agencies to ensure client alignment and holistic subject matter expertise across offerings.
The Group Director will offer strategic guidance, tactical plan recommendations, and outstanding customer service for Publicis accounts. This role is expected to work creatively and with a consultative approach to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address the client's business objectives and goals.
A senior team player who can adapt and prioritize as the business requires, influencing the growth strategy working with key senior stakeholders, sharing expertise to ensure every level of our organisation is aligned on priorities to deliver against our growth plans. Key to building collective knowledge of our key differentiators and enabling us to scale marketable solutions that deliver for our clients.
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of driving digital media growth, comfort with client presentation/management, deep knowledge of the digital and programmatic landscape, and the aptitude to ensure client success within matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
* Serve as Groupe Media Solutions primary point of contact to Publicis Groupe accounts across a specific 'patch' of agencies (TBC) and foster continued customer learning by agency teams and clients on the benefits owned Groupe owned media assets.
* Achieve targets annually across Media (primary) and team (secondary) Growth targets.
* Identify and employ strategies to correlate and cross-sell Groupe solutions to best serve clients via e.g Client Growth Action Planning workstream + template.
* Develop/participate in annual planning and QBR presentations in tandem with client leadership.
* Identify relevant industry trends and client needs to inform Groupe product priorities/roadmap.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across agency and product stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and positive customer experience.
* Cultivate a team-focused, collaborative mentality across all teams.
* Contribute to new business and prospecting efforts as needed.
What type of person will be successful in this role
* Holistic Media Industry experience with an emphasis on Digital.
* Proven knowledge of digital planning and buying process with knowledge of various vendors, different cost methods, various reporting, and delivery validation.
* Strong quantitative skills, including analytical knowledge and mathematical fluency.
* Data driven and has been involved with Products in their previous roles.
* Media Agency experience is preferred.
