Transformative Strategy and Transactions Expert
As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will work with global organisations and private equity firms on complex deals in the market. You will identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and deliver an integrated approach to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information, and identifying issues that impact purchase price and deal structuring.
* Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders. Write up findings and recommendations to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
* Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business opportunities. This involves drafting responses, participating in the proposal process, building client relationships, and demonstrating knowledge of client business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working on transformative strategy and transactions projects is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent communication and project management skills. Additionally, experience working with financial information and managing stakeholder expectations is beneficial.
