Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment, treatment and care planning to patients with complex and chronic health conditions, in a dynamic clinical setting.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support integrated care.
* Ensure safe and high-quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and policies.

* Commitment and passion for providing exceptional patient‐centred care.
* Commitment to a psychology service that promotes best practice culture and supports continuous service improvement.
* Can think quickly and broadly whilst triaging new referrals.
* Use the full spectrum of your psychological training and expertise to assess clients' psychological needs.
* Consult with the treating team and relevant other parties effectively and regularly.
* Contribute personally to the team culture.
