Nixor Workforce is seeking a Construction Site Manager/Leading Hand, with a Carpentry background in Australia or overseas, for multiple projects in Perth, WA. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands construction from the ground up and can confidently coordinate large teams of trades to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget. About the Role You will be responsible for managing several construction projects simultaneously, coordinating 15–20 trades on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role requires strong organisation, leadership, and practical building knowledge.
