Key responsibilities of this role include senior level HR partnering to operational leaders, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organisational strategy.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice and leadership on employee relations and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance management, grievances, and fitness-for-work issues.
They will influence and support strategic workforce planning, organisational design and change activities, driving engagement, capability development, succession planning and talent initiatives within the operational workforce.
For success in this role, you will bring significant experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or similar strategic people advisory role, as well as demonstrated experience in employee relations and industrial relations, ideally within operational environments.
A strong understanding of HR policies, compliance frameworks and organisational dynamics is essential for this position.
