What you'll do:
* Support the delivery of investment consulting services for a diverse range of clients, including superannuation funds, fund managers, and insurance companies
* Conduct Operational and Investment Due Diligence reviews for both domestic and international asset managers
* Carry out investment governance assessments for superannuation funds, fund managers, and institutional investors to strengthen oversight and compliance
* Evaluate ESG policies, proxy voting practices, and stewardship activities to ensure frameworks are fit for purpose.
* Prepare detailed investment performance reports by researching and benchmarking client portfolios against industry standards.
* Undertake operational readiness reviews for new investment strategies and products to support successful market entry.
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including preparing proposals to support the growth of the investment consulting practice.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85,700.00 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
