Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. As the welcoming face of our park, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing check-ins and outs, and accurately managing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have previous front office experience within the hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, supplying guests' information regarding property and local areas of interest, and completing day-to-day office administration tasks.
