Sales Growth Driver
About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a portfolio of customers. This role involves proactive sales activities, account management, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Generating sales and profit growth through outbound calls and campaigns, identifying customer needs related to products, and negotiating to secure new and increased business.
* Managing inbound customer inquiries within the designated portfolio as the primary point of contact.
* Achieving territory goals such as sales targets, new product sales, lead generation, new account openings, and follow-up.
* Conducting market research to identify prospective and target customers.
* Building brand equity by delivering excellent service and ensuring products are hassle-free to do business with.
* Fostering mutually beneficial relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
* Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
* Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data for decision-making.
* Providing technical advice and expert knowledge about products to customers.
Requirements
* A relevant qualification in Sales, Business, or a related field; extensive work experience can substitute this requirement.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Technical knowledge of component products is advantageous.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Confident and energetic personality.
