As a Surgical Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Surgeon Selection and Training: Identify and vet surgeons or candidates for training, ensuring successful product adoption within the surgical community.
* Training and Workshops: Organize and facilitate training courses and workshops in collaboration with local faculty and proctors to enhance proficiency and knowledge of our products.
* Building Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with local faculty and proctors to strengthen our network, brand, and support clinical adoption.
* Technology Accessibility: Ensure that our technologies are readily available and accessible to surgeons within relevant hospitals in our targeted region.
* Industry Engagement: Attend relevant society and third-party workshops and conferences to enhance our visibility and strategically position our offerings within the market.
