We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team in Blackburn. This is a permanent, full-time role - Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm - No weekend work!

About the role:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide up-to-date information about their repairs and instil confidence that their vehicle is in very capable hands. In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to):
* Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
* Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment
* Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interactions
* Managing the customer return process once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns
