What You'll Bring
Experience in an Automotive Finance Insurance Manager or Business Manager role Tier II Certification and current financier accreditations A strong track record of hitting finance and insurance targets Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) High attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management A customer-first approach with strong negotiation skills Confidence using dealership software (ERA / DealerCell experience is a plus)
Role Responsibilities
Sell finance, insurance, and warranty products to customers Support the sales team with lead follow-up, deal closing, and finance options Ensure compliance with all finance and regulatory standards Provide a seamless customer experience throughout the buying journey Maintain accurate reporting and admin duties
