Senior Fire Safety Engineering Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Fire Safety Engineer to lead our team.
* Drive fire safety outcomes on underground infrastructure projects across road, rail, and pumped hydro tunnels.
* Oversee project delivery through all phases, from tender and detailed design to construction and commissioning.
* Support fire-life safety planning for emerging transport technologies, including battery electric buses.
About the Role
You will have between 8 and 10 years of experience in fire safety engineering and a genuine interest in leading and supporting a small team of high-performing engineers.
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
* Chartered Engineer status (CPEng) or equivalent, or working towards it is preferred.
* Proven experience delivering large-scale transport or infrastructure projects is essential.
