A Day in the Life:
No two days are the same! You’ll be out and about in the community, and in clients' homes supporting with things like:
- Companionship – bring warmth and kindness to someone’s day
- Domestic assistance – help with light cleaning and keeping homes safe & tidy
- Personal care – support with showering, dressing, grooming
- Transport – drive clients to appointments or assist with the groceries
- Assist with Medication– help keep routines on track
- Meal prep – whip up simple, nutritious meals
- Meaningful moments – encourage hobbies, chats, and social connection
📍 You’ll be travelling across Toowoomba. Ideal availability is Monday to Friday, Some weekend availbility required.

- A genuine passion for helping others
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care (or similar) – not essential for all roles
- A reliable car, driver’s licence, and comprehensive car insurance
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for your daily work
