About The Role As a Developer in our Intelligent Solutions Delivery Team, you'll design and deliver web-based solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
You'll work closely with business teams and technology partners to bring ideas to life using modern frameworks and tools.
What You'll Do Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and front-end technologiesCollaborate with Business Analysts and Pipeline Managers to assess solution feasibility and deliver valueBuild reusable components and APIs that support multiple business lines and use casesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in existing solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to usersDocument technical designs and testing plans to align with business requirementsContribute to a supportive and dynamic team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices What You'll Bring Commercial experience in web development, ideally with Django or similar frameworksStrong understanding of software design principles and scalable architectureExperience with Git and version control workflowsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersBonus: Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g. UIPath, Blue Prism) or containerisation (e.g. OpenShift) What You'll Enjoy Access our award-winning Shine platform - your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
