Overview
Insurance Broker - Commercial Account Manager. The successful candidate will be managing an existing portfolio of Commercial SME and middle market business, ideally as an Account Executive or Account Manager with 2+ years' experience managing your own portfolio, strong technical Insurance knowledge and a positive attitude.
Our client is a well established Insurance Broking firm that has been operating for over 30 years. They have won multiple awards and offer a supportive working environment with some WFH flexibility.
Responsibilities
* Providing the highest level of customer service to the portfolio of clients
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the Insured, Underwriters and other key stakeholders
* Handling some new business inquiries
* Handling renewals, endorsements and all other broking duties
* Working on Commercial SME and Middle Market accounts
* Working closely with your team including the Claims specialist in the team and the support team
* Mentoring junior team members
Qualifications
* Tier 1 qualifications in General Insurance Broking
* At least 2 years' experience in Insurance Broking at the Account Executive or Account Manager level
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good energy levels and desire to succeed
* High levels of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
