About The Role:We\'re looking for a motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our founding Sales Development team!
The Asia-Pacific region has been one of the most important markets for us.
As an early member of the team, you\'ll be instrumental in helping define our sales and customer success motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue, all while having a blast doing it!
What You\'ll Achieve:Build a world-class outbound sales motion into the EnterpriseUse data and market signals to prioritise and personalise your outreachReach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to educate them on our product/serviceInnovate with new channels to engage, delight, and reach prospectsHold meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goalsHelp build playbooks and define our sales motionHold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approachesLearn about our product inside and out and be able to give demos customised to the needs of different personasQualify those prospects to determine whether or not they\'re a good fit for NotionTake thorough notes and understand buying signalsCollaborate and influence on performance initiatives, product launches and service innovation when working with cross-functional partnersPartner closely with Account Executives to help them achieve revenue targetsPut the customer first and help Notion winSkills You\'ll Need to Bring:You have 1 years+ experience in sales or sales development in SaaS tech or a high growth environmentExperience making cold calls to decision makersA track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotasEngaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customerYou LOVE talking to customers; Always interested in digging deeper and learning more about their needsNice to Haves:A builder\'s mentality who thrives in team-oriented environments; Comfort with ambiguity and solutions-oriented mindsetA growth mindset, positive attitude and ability to view challenges as learning opportunities, not failuresYou\'ve got strong technical chops — comfort with speaking about technical implementations.We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers.
