About the Role
As a Customer Service Truck Operator, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including deliveries via truck, trade store operations, warehousing, and general duties.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
- Safely transporting goods to designated locations
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork
- Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
- General warehouse duties & house keeping
- Provide friendly and qualified customer service during deliveries
- Picking & Packing orders
- Dealing with Customers face‑to‑face & over the phone
- Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- Operation of forklifts where required
- Assisting in the trade store where required
