Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

* Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans aligned with contract requirements, timelines, and objectives.

* Track and manage Work In Progress (WIP) to avoid delays in project commencement or completion.

* Provide detailed WIP reporting and highlight potential delivery risks to senior management.

* Analyze service data to identify performance gaps and implement resolution strategies.

* Validate and refine job plans for accuracy in scheduling and execution.

Additional Responsibilities:
* Lead project management tasks and ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
* Trade certification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

* Tertiary qualification in building, engineering, or project management (desired).

* Current driver's license.

* Proven experience in a similar operational or maintenance leadership role within the industrial services sector.

* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
