Contract start ASAP to 30 June 2023, Possible extensions.As a Service Architect working in the Enterprise Architecture & Strategy business area, you'll collaborate closely with Senior Solutions Architects and Chief Enterprise Architects and ensure that ITIL is delivered across the organisation and major programs of work.
It covers the Service Lifecycle comprising of the Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operations through to Continual Service Improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop an enterprise-wide services-based architecture on the needs and requirements of the Agency users and organisational outcomes, inclusive of the creation of ITIL templates for use.Design new or changed service solutions and designs, service specifications for enabling new programs.Ensure new or upgraded services, systems and solutions receive a comprehensive Service Design incorporating processes, support structure, reporting and service capabilities.Provide advice and guidance to Service Management Office on updating and configuring DTI Service Catalogues, Service management systems and tools.Manage all Service Design activities provided to major programs of work and projects initiatives.Experience
Previous experience in Service Architecture and/or Service Design.Experience with Business Analysis or Solution Analysis, with demonstrable record of success and achievement, inclusive of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.Strong knowledge across ITSM and ITIL v3 or v4 Certified.Strong skills across pack Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).Strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
