* Processing of sales orders
* Handling inbound sales calls and customer enquiries
* Liaison with the warehouse personnel and ensuring stock availability is monitored
* Responding to customer enquiries via email and chat
* Follow up with transport companies for customer orders
* Processing and sending quotes
Skills/Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree is required
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Great customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* A team player
* Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
