About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Care Manager to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team at Shoalhaven Place Care Community .

What You'll Do
* Provide clinical and care leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants.
* Ensure clinical compliance and governance, maintaining accreditation standards and implementing continuous improvement.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals.
* Work in partnership with the General Manager to achieve operational and clinical excellence.
What You'll Need
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (minimum 3 years post-registration).
* Proven experience in a clinical leadership or management role within aged care or healthcare.
* In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, funding (AN-ACC), and clinical governance.
* A genuine passion for mentoring others and building high-performing, engaged teams.
* Exceptional communication, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Willingness to complete:
o Pre‑employment medical
o NDIS Worker Screening Check
